It’s probably no secret I agree with nearly all of Alex’s conclusions in the series, but the part that resonated most was creating an understanding of quality.
Without a collective lens on how to view and judge our work, we’re gonna keep having the “well, actually I build apps not websites” scapegoating with no real accountability to our users.
