Found the pinout for the A2C0331 (590-0331) cable (the ImageWriter II owners manual lists A23C0311 which I believe is a typo) Surprisingly I found it in the same document where I found the different Mac serial port pinouts-- Apple Service Guide Peripheral Interface Guide.
