I would love some recommendations, please.
I want to expand into more vegetarian (or less meat) meals. I love working with herbs, spices and complex flavors but not cooking all day! And, I want to cook as much as possible with ingredients that I’ve grown on our small, mixed-fruit orchard/farm. (Zone 5b)
If you have a cookbook suggestion, I’d love to hear from you. TIA!
