Turns out the NAP does not contemplate negative externalities, so if you decide that you want to play loud music and not let your neighbours sleep (and live in a lawless state such as this where cops won't come for noise complaints) you're screwed.
Similarly, if you turn your home into a pot den and pot heads hang around all day, lowering the property value of the entire neighbourhood, the neighbours cannot act.
Curiously, only one of Milei's idols, Rothbard, seems to acknowledge such negative externalities as violations/aggression.
