nothing was working properly until i factory reset the radio ALL settings.
it spoke chinese momentarily but that was easy to fix.
what did you mean though?
ive been listening to a repeater 75 miles away all day on and off and another one somewhere else 170 miles away.
btw i wrapped the rest of the antenna later, now its copper all the way to the top.
