The relayer-bridge Proof of concept is connected on at least two groups of relays, and transmits messages posted on a group of relays to the other group of relays.
The problem is that it's got no memory of the messages it is posting, so it posts every message twice (I can tell you more on that if you'd like)
Also, the fact that it is meant as a proof of concept (as in, proving we can connect two groups of relays) also means that this bridge was never designed to be performant, so putting it under heavy load might just break it :)
