Confirmed: "Cyclic recording" on this scope means "record for this amount of time, then close the file, open a new one, and begin recording to that one" -- and it seems like it doesn't even drop a noticeable number of frames going from one file to the next. This is *fantastic* for my purposes.
This video is made by stitching the tail end of one to the head end of the next -- the split is around the 19 second mark. See if you can even see the transition. I can't.
