🤔 Okay, I had birria tacos 5+ years ago, and they weren't that good. They weren't bad, they were just okay. I thought maybe I just don't like birria or something.
But In the past year I've had birria 4 or 5 times, and it's been heavenly every time. I haven't had a single birria experience that I would rate less than 8 out of 10. It's hard to get bad birria now?
My taste buds haven't changed. US birria has been elevated. Like the quality of Pho broth.
Why did this happen? Who started this?
