Just booked a car rental at Hertz. Picked an EV since it was on sale. Hertz included a $60 charge to refuel the car from empty that can’t be deselected. Small print says I need to tell a hertz employee on my way out I don’t want to pay for gas to get the $60 back.
And companies wonder why customers dislike them.
