Harvest basil flowers for the seed and removing some dead camomile I found this!
Say what? A Himalayan berry sprouted from seed. Probably bird dropping but had no idea this variety grew this far south.
Nice thing in the desert it's not likely to out of control or be invasive like in Northern California.
Be interesting to see how it fruits...
