I’m having that issue. I thought I’d gotten shadow banned. If I try to say anything, I get a “failed to send tweet” with no explanation. If I try to follow someone, i get a notification that I’m over my limit for follows. You’re allowed 400 a day, and I’ve followed less than 100.
