Ωmega (npub1vst…aefa) I hate them with every fiber of my being. We lost all of our winter squash, and had to replant what summer squash we could, but the vine borers still got in there and rotted them out
If you grow winter squash too, you might want to try Seminole pumpkins—the stems are small, but thick, so borers rarely are able to burrow in them.
