The Lightning-ETH dApp is an open source decentralized application built on Ethereum smart contracts. This application enables users to securely open and manage payment channels with the Bitcoin Lightning Network using Ethereum. The underlying functionality of this application is based on a combination of the Bitcoin Lightning Network and Ethereum's blockchain technology.
