I’ve been online for 28 years and the internet has steadily declined more than I’d ever have imagined in the last few years. Spam, AI dreck, everything optimized for SEO analysis by bots for bots, the web was mostly a shopping mall for a few decades, now it feels increasingly like an abandoned one.
