well the social conservativism that people claim around Stalin would ironically have been removed eventually, these were just one of the few policies Stalin had made back in 1950 as the subsequent great war with Nazi Germany more than 20 million people died and to keep the number of population stable they had introduced pro natalist policies which turned out to be conservative in nature
Soviet conservatism wasn't based on the old century ideas of Tsarist Russia where women had no participation in the war effort, women had to undertake efforts like with administrative work and also had to care of their kids while some also provides for the war effort via taking on previous roles related to industrial production or agricultural jobs in their younger years depending upon their situation
So it was a far cry from the stereotypical conservative ideas that are present in today's society where women are only encouraged to be the housewife for others conveniences
there was some significant freedom of expression for women even with conservative ideas around and changes were already been made in late 1940s where they enjoyed more administrative jobs while men were busy with the war effort as to well save their country from the Nazis
I suggest checking out this vid for better understanding as it does explain the roles that were present and honestly i could see underage youths also having similar roles if they were provided more access to opportunities and education on topics which they want to learn from
