That pen and nib combination was bought (from Appelboom) by a friend who, luckily for me, likes new pens more than he likes reason. If memory serves, the nib is a special production run by Leonardo for Appelboom.
As for inks - i have four. Roasted Seaweed is the fugliest green ever seen by human eyes. Millionaire Dream is a nive enough ink, but only in very wide and wet nibs - like Pelikan's Rose Quartz, it is invisible otherwise.
