If you know a lot about the AeroPress, you know that the founder, Alan Adler, really doesn't like cafestol, and advises using his paper filters to block it from getting into your cup. That's also why he resisted using a metal filter with the AP for so long.
Well, it turns out it doesn't matter: most cafestol stays in the spent grounds.
