The assumption that fascists have to be racist or sexist is just that, an assumption. It's not required. You can be a fascist and still think women are better pilots or tend to have better color vision or thicker corpus callosum...
Glorifying people as "mustangs" just for being military officers is pretty fascist. Denying people the right to vote for not being brainwashed by the military certainly is fascist
