Most of the time I just approve events. I can do this now with conductor.
There are a lot more things to do, like loading pubkey metadata, paging (so we don't load too much data at once), adjusting marked data, user management, and handing 1984 reports... and of course syncing with NIP-86 and other relays.
This is paired with Chorus master branch. It probably doesn't work with other NIP-86 relays. If you try chorus master branch beware of signfiicant changes coming in the unreleased 2.0 (read docs/MIGRATION.md). It will not work with chorus 'latest' branch.
