I think Arsenal and Liverpool should get their PL titles reassigned, MCFC not relegated, but they have to start at -20 points each season of the next five seasons to make up for some of what they stole in the last five. If you take a look at the last ten years of MCFC wrongdoing, five years paying back is an excellent deal for them.
