Although currently not in the news, the legal system in England & Wales remains in crisis, while another review tries to find an 'answer'
but as Richard Atkinson (Law Society) says, the answer is simple; it needs more money:
'There are many out there who that are desperate for a different answer because budgets are constrained, but unfortunately there isn't one'!
After a decade or more of austerity noting will be solved without paying for it!
