I did a contract in Calgary one year. Freaking -34 for nearly a week was "fun". Nice thing about Calgary though was it didn't get much snow and what it did get was the almost crystalline powder stuff that was barely slippery. Not like Edmonton a bit to the north. But the summer was glorious!
