Your pandemic experience parallels mine: folks walking abreast across the trail, small kids being small kids, prams & cycles parked in the trail, and (my fav) folks angry with me when I ring my bell at them before I pass (per posted signs). All were common before, but now they're thick crowds.
I'm usually on the road/trail before sunup so my hazards are usually skunks and homeless folks sleeping on the trail.
