There is a song whose project heartbeat chart needs an offset of nearly 900ms. (I suppose that the original jewtube upload got shoah'd so the chart's author just quickly changed the link to another upload without considering that it would probably need an offset. That sort of thing is why I keep saying that this game has zero quality control. )
