Texas is hot why not build it somewhere else? Because easier to guard and protect? Because of better goverment rules?
Fiber cable can bring stuff from north america to Europe in 100 milliseconds. So there is no real disadvantage in building a cooler place (different state)
you can't escape phisics. And Texas heat will negatively impact it. Why work against nature when nature can help you cool it?
