Most of the time on Mastodon I didn't feel like people are shouting at me. I feel there's room to chat with people, or just nod and listen.
I blocked a lot of scraper accounts here and muted people who share scrapers or posted very shouty memes from other platforms. I made this space peaceful over time, and met a lot of nice folks.
I don't feel I need to complete for attention here. There's room for everyone already.
