But while cash is still a thing, does it mean that if you have a physical leather wallet that you put money into and then take money out of to give to someone else, you now need a license to operate said wallet?
And what if, instead of a specifically designed digital wallet, you just put some keys into a Word document and send that to somebody? Is the government going to sue Microsoft for being an unlicensed money transmitter?
Hopefully the courts will flush this nonsense down the tubes...
