udev hwdb update too slow on musl? just prealloc more lol

(this brings it from like uh, 20s to around 1s on my machine (more on arm sbc potatoes) because musl memcpy slow and this does *a lot* of reallocs on a buffer that ends up like 12 megabytes, but of course it's a gross workaround)
