Civilization collapse will indeed be considered the end of the world "apocalypse" 😏 especially the Christian boomers. My mom is already saying all the time that it's the end of the world. I told her "if you truly believe that it's the end of the world, then why aren't we living and acting as if it's true? Why do you still think that there's some bright prosperous future for me with a retirement at the end of I just buckle down and pull myself up by my bootstraps?" She just sighs and says "😮💨 I don't know🙄" I don't think anyone actually believes in any of that shit they're just clamoring for any sort of comfort or explanation for all the shit they don't understand as a sort of bearing on reality so they don't feel so lost and hopeless. Feels better to have faith in something that's in control and overseeing all the chaos, but in reality, it's MORE comfortable to realize that NOBODY is in control of anything at the end of the day
