Running without heel striking takes a bit of getting used to, especially those different muscles that get used.
I think regular cushioned shoes may have helped my spine issues earlier in my recovery, but I need to feel grounded so they feel very strange to me.
I wear Crocs as outdoor slippers in the winter. ðŸ¤
