Compulsive liars depend on compulsive believers to thrive.
Now here's the twist: Our societal systems have been set up to create a multitude of compulsive believers, to support a minority of narcissistic compulsive liars who have been supported to rise to positions of power and great wealth.
One antidote is for everyone to take a step back and become healthily discerning.
It's one reason I keep saying #askquestions , #FollowTheMoney
Next time you:
- Hear someone being called "a conspiracy theorist"
- See people being censored and suppressed for their views
- Witness governments launching mandates for experimental vaccines, long term effects by definition unknown.
Watch how your body, mind and heart respond.
Your 'patterning' from our social systems will be prompting you to agree with authority, or at best say nothing.
Instead, choose discerning common sense and heartfelt compassion. Speak up as required.
#askquestions
Use Bryon Katie's "The Work"
It involves asking four simple questions about our reaction / response to what we're witnessing:
1) Is it true?
2) Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
3) How do you react when you believe that thought?
4) Who would you be without the thought?
This is important
It's not easy
It takes courage to speak up
I know this from my heartfelt, personal experience
