This is such a deeply wrong headed lede on the bananas story of lawyers for Disney trying to use a mandatory arbitration clause in a Disney+ streaming service agreement to get a wrongful death on a Disney restaurant thrown out. Read the fine print? Even if you read it, you would never imagine this clause could be used this way. And it’s not like you can negotiate the terms before you sign up for Disney+. And I’d be surprised if the judge goes for it…
