When I came to Japan in 2005, I had never heard of "edamame".
So, I was really surprised when, just a couple years later, my mom ask me about "edamami". Apparently she had seen it on Food Network.
And based on the poll results, I guess it has taken off since then.
Where do you eat edamame outside Japan? Is it served in restaurants or bars? Or is it something you get to eat at home?
