It’s about the changing dynamics of warfare tactics and strategy. It is interesting because it references the Gulf War and how it was a new type of hybrid war using propaganda and media as a means of its accomplishment. That and economic war, cyber war, biological war, many things we’ve seen in the past 20 years coming to fruition. Another interesting observation is how much George Soros is mentioned as a financial terrorist.
