OVH and Hetzner both have their US East location near Washington DC and Rage4 doesn't have a node near there.
We need to choose a new provider we haven't used before. Rage4 has failover as part of their BGP routing so if one of our servers goes down it won't get traffic routed to it anymore. We tested this and it adapts quite quickly.
Vultr has a ton of locations but has something like Haswell/Broadwell/Skylake for similarly priced $5/month instances vs. Zen 3 EPYC for OVH VLE-2.
