Bitcoiners: If you love Bitcoin, you should also love strength training.

Some analogies:

- Proof of work: Strength training is about lifting heavy things. Proof of work is when your deadlift went up from 135 lbs to 315 lbs (60 kg to 140 kg). Lift heavy and prove you're strong.

- Low Time preference: It takes time and discipline to build up strength , but it's the right long-term play for health. You need to find the discipline to hit the gym 2-3 times per week consistently. This pays long-term dividends e.g. by counteracting osteoporosis and sarcopenia

- Stacking Sats: Add 5 pounds (2.5 kg) with every workout. Simple and effective. Do it regularly, do it like you are on autopilot and you will reap the rewards by becoming strong. Don't be the trader and try to create muscle-confusion or mix workouts. Boring, but effective.

- Bitcoin, not Crypto: The gold standard for weight training is doing full body movements using barbells. Deadlift, squat, bench, and press mimic everyday movements and load the entire skeleton. The fancy body magazines and fads of the fitness industry are mostly shitcoins.

- Bitcoin - the gold standard as store of value: Training for strength is the foundation of healthy aging and underpins everything: health, quality of life, and athletic performance.

Keeping it with : "Stay humble, stack sats". In strength training: Stay humble and add weight to the bar.

So, let's get lifting.
