This is a real champ of a plant. You could run over it with a lawnmower and it would grow back. And that’s where you might find them, in overgrown weedy lawns.

They can grow in a variety of conditions. Pictures are from the same batch of seeds I saved. The first pic is one plant grown in sun with lots of fertilizer, the second is no fertilizer, terrible soil, next to a street in shade. It will still produce fruit.
