I haven’t tried it out, but on Damus you can hold down on the text of someone’s note and it gives you an option to “copy note ID”, then you can create your own note and just add an @ symbol to beginning of the posted copied note and it’s sort of like a “quote tweet”—like this
Nostr.rocks only allows you to reply to tweets. You can't "like" or "RT," right?
