Ugh. Google is abandoning its pledge that their vendors pay in compliance with minimum wage laws and provide healthcare.

Google will no longer require its vendors to pay $15 minimum wage and provide health benefits.

This change was to avoid having to negotiate with unions of vendor companies that argue Google is their employer given how much it dictates their working conditions.
