...Can't believe this thing was made by the same company that made mine. It feels like some kind of knock-off. The fabric lid barely fits the upper chamber. Had to make a special trip to work to borrow a 7/16-20 tap and die (thanks, ChatGPT) because all of the threaded components were so bad they wouldn't even screw together.
I know you guys have the eye of Sauron on you right now but screwing over your customers isn't gonna help.
