Some enterprising person figured out how to make sats fungible. (IE- make them as NFT). With the data being put on the blockchain at a ~75% discount.
Pro: Another use case for on-network transfer, more fees to miners, better security for the network
Con: real dumb use case, higher fees for people trying to move money, fills up pleb verifying nodes with “useless” crap.
