Okay, test.clew.lol is alive.
Right now, it's a fully set up instance, with a whole new set up. It's not using this database yet, so if you create anything over there it will be a completely new user.
The federation is slow right now.
I'm using this instance just to test things so I don't run the risk of losing all the data on the actual one lol.
