It's because a lot of women have administrative roles or customer service roles. They now have AI that can do realistic sales calls as well. Basically, if you have a job where you talk to people on the phone you should start retraining in a different sector. Same with programmers. That's why we're seeing massive tech layoffs. General AI will take a lot of jobs away soon. Even engineering isn't safe as they use machine learning to design new things instead of people.
