Accounts which have abandoned baraag or not logged in, in a while. I notice your shota house account has a better ratio. And that's probably due to it being newer and thus the followers still being fresh.
Unfortunately, fedi doesn't clear out inactive followers. You might have a hot chunk of people who logged into their accounts one time and never logged in again. With fedi it's even worse, you could have accounts there from instances which later on defederate baraag, leaving skeleton followers who just can't see your posts even if they wanted to, and they have no idea. All because of the actions of the instance admins. There are lots of variables which might cause this sort of thing. Especially on Fedi.
