I never owned any Jimmy Buffett albums and the only song I knew the words to was Magaritaville, but I saw him in concert twice and it was a hoot.
The first time was at Alpine Valley (where Stevie Ray Vaughn met his death). It had rained, so the hill where we all sat was a sea of mud. People used cardboard, ponchos, whatever they could find to toboggan down that hill while stuffed parrots bobbled on their shoulders and the smell of pot filled the air.
Great fun.
