We never know what the sun can do, it just does.
I also often thing about aluminium shielding for backupmediums, but the most easy way would be to solder it into a can.
Rearding phones, i also did grew up without and i still most of the time do not take a phone with me , when im out, with my child and stuff.
Never need a phone to swim in the river😎
