The Magic is detailed in the Modern Monetary Mechanics, which outlines that Currency (they try to call it Money) is Debt.
That OWING something to someone else, creates societal wealth. But only if the "lender" is a Bank, i.e. the instrument of the ruling elite.
If you build me a house, and I pay you monthly for the next 20 years, then No Currency is created, i.e. no extra wealth is created, according to the elites.
But it is no different from I taking a loan and paying you.
