The number of Americans who seem unable to understand some very basic facts prompts me to say this, so apologies for stating the blaringly obvious:
1. Russia is no longer communist.
2. Communism is not synonymous with "bad"
3. Communism and Fascism are not the same thing.
4. Posting a meme with the O of GOP replaced by a communist symbol does not send any message other than "American schools are fucked up"

For the hard of thinking, who think this is me defending the GOP:
They are Fascists and I despise them. They are likely paid being by Putin, another Fascist I despise.
