A flashback to San Francisco's old Doggie Diner hotdog chain. The chain's mascot, a giant fiberglass dalmatian head, mounted on a tall pole outside the San Francisco Zoo, across the street from where one of the last of the fast food diners once stood.
Photographed in 2010, the head still survives... bringing nightmares to children, as was once intended.
Good dog.
