People don't have rights to themselves. We live in a society, where our actions have consequences on others. Abortion is right, because it harms nobody, and anti-abortion harms many people, even giving power to those who would cause more harm. The whole nonsense about bodily autonomy is really just ego stroking. What we want is prosperity, not the individual freedom to choose between failures.
